Where is my order?

We ship all of our decorative salvage products tracked via Parcelforce, UPS, Hermes or the US Postal Service. We supply tracking details on all of the items we ship. In the rare event that your item has not been delivered, please contact us through the form on this site so we can look into your order. If the order has been deemed to be lost we will issue a full refund.

Where do you ship?

We ship all of our decorative salvage items worldwide except out steamer trunks which are too heavy to ship internationally. We are looking into a method of shipping these worldwide please message us first if you are outside of the UK and wish to purchase one of our trunks.

How do i return an item?

In the event that an item is defective we will accept returns even if it is a personalised item, please be aware that you as the purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Why has my order been cancelled?

In the rare event that a payment has not cleared we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will notify the customer via email to verify this.

Why won’t my dicount code work?

Discount codes run for limited periods so the qualifying period may have expired.
